Welcome to the 103 and 576 Squadron Website

Royal Air Force Bomber Command Squadrons 103 and 576 participated in the Allied bombing offensive against Germany during World War Two. They were based at Elsham Wolds and were a part of One Group, 103 squadron joining in July 1940, and 576 squadron in November 1943. This website contains detailed information about the squadrons, the aircrew and the planes. Many of the photographs have not previously been published.
